(b) Which date will it be 180 days after 15/01/06?

Answer: Let us calculate 180 days from the date of manufacture.

Days in January = 17 days

In February = 28 days

In March = 31 days

In April = 30 days

In May = 31 days

In June = 30 days

Total days = 17 + 28 + 31 + 30 + 31 + 30 = 167 days

Remaining days = 180 – 167 = 13 days

Hence, the date will be 13th July 2006.
